Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy is an opportunity to engage in therapy with the added mindfulness of becoming present in nature, while you experience the physical and mental health benefits of movement, nature, and therapy all at once.

Walk and Talk Therapy can help individuals have increased mindfulness, increased mind-body connection, and improved energy, mood, memory, sleep, attention span, and self-esteem. The healing power of nature helps individuals get “unstuck” and feel more connected and alive.

My one-on-one in-person sessions are dedicated to women who are interested in Walk and Talk therapy. We either meet at my office in downtown Snohomish and walk from my office to the Centennial Trail or we meet at the trails at Lord Hill Park to spend some time in the forest. When it is too cold or rainy, we of course stay warm and comfortable inside my office.
